Alpha Conde, the beginning of a future dictator

It is clear to all those who make a good analysis of things, the current president of Guinea already shows the characteristics of a good dictator. Since the modern world, no country has been directed as Guinea is today. under a military regime, it is possible that whoever runs the country, could made a cumulative post. A president trasitoire phase, can been also the defense minister and head of state. This is quite understandable and normal. But in a democratic and legitimate mandate, see a head of state makes a cumulative post as if we were in a transitional phase, is bound to attract attention on the future of Guinea. Guinea pretext that he had no army as such. That the army was called or not Republican and that we must restructure and give it a other direction. This is quite correct because we all have the same problems all over Africa. But what is unusual is that instead of entrusting this task to a competent person capable of redressing the Guinean army, he ignored everything, and think the only one able to accomplish the great Guinea this mission. But this is not his true intention. Because we all know, the army in Africa is the crucial tool for leaders to remain in power until the end.
